  • World Wide Web Consortium

    For technical documents relating to HTML, XML, and CSS. Their website validator is also of great use, which you can find at validator.w3.org

  • ASP.NET

    For those people developing websites on a Microsoft platform, then you want to be using ASP.NET. The increased capabilities it provides over the older ASP platform are tremendously powerful and useful.

    This site has tons of helpful articles and code examples on programming. Their sections on the .NET Framework are quite good. If you need a snip of code, chances are it is here somewhere.
